DevOps Team Lead
The Senior DevOps manager is the key resource in the success of our product. In this role, you will ensure that the high quality and security standards of the software are maintained through rapid change and enhancement cycles. You will work closely with the CEO and CTO to prioritise the pipeline of features, and be an active and engaged leader of your team.
The Technical Product Manager is our forward artillery, who can see where we should be, and plan the steps to get there. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Team, including the General Manager Product, CEO, and CTO, to map out routes to growing our business value, client base, market reach, and customer happiness, based on our agreed roadmap.
The Senior Developer is critical to the success of the platform. In this role, you will ensure that the high quality and security standards of the software are maintained through rapid change and enhancement cycles. You will work closely with the DevOps Team Lead and the other developers and engineers, and be an active and engaged mentor to the development team.
The Linux Engineer is the key resource for system implementation and sustainment. In this role, you will ensure that the high performance and security standards of the platform are maintained through rapid implementation and upgrade cycles. You will work closely with the DevOps Team Lead and the Chief Technology Officer, and engage with client technology teams and their suppliers.
IT Support Officer
The IT Support Officer is pivotal for delivery, as they are responsible for the smooth and effective running of the business. In this role, you will support the Executive, business, and technical teams to work effectively in the M365 ecosystem, using Windows devices.
IT Security Officer
The IT Security Officer is the key resource for maintaining our operational security posture, working closely with the CISO. In this role, you will maintain the IT Security Management System and apply its procedures, including by device hardening, secure maintenance, and account management.
The Test Manager role works closely with the DevOps Team Lead and the wider development and engineering team, as well as with the business owner, to design, scope, plan, and oversee testing for the entire Castlepoint platform. This role applies extensive experience to the challenges of ensuring the constant flow of new features and updates is rigorously tested, and meets user needs in the most effective way. You will have UX testing experience as well as unit, performance, and security testing skills, and will have strong capabilities with automation design.
The Tester role is the last line between the development and engineering teams and the end user, and can see the world both through the eyes of the technologists and the eyes of the business. In this role, you will use both manual and automated testing techniques to run comprehensive test cases, and provide detailed reports on test outcomes. You will be able to communicate clearly and fluidly with the business and technical teams to understand requirements and expected behaviour, and will have incredible attention to detail.
Tech. Account Manager
The Technical Account Manager is the key point of contact for all existing Castlepoint clients. In this role, you will manage and maintain the strong relationship between Castlepoint and our customers, by providing clear and capable technical advice on system usage, architecture, and capability, and by working with both business and IT resources to identify new opportunities to expand the use cases of Castlepoint inside their network. You will also be knowledgeable on the competitor landscape.
The Partner Manager role works closely with the General Manager of Growth and Customer Success, Marketing Director, and Business Development Manager to make sure that our partners have everything they need to be successful with our solution. You will work with both large and smaller organisations, here and overseas, to plan and execute joint go-to-market strategies, respond to opportunities, develop shared collateral, and track performance. Our partner model is key to our rapid growth, and you will be the pivotal point of contact.
The Quality Manager role works closely with the CEO to manage and maintain our Quality Management System, including all policies and procedures. Quality and compliance are essential in our line of work, and we have an extensive QMS which must be constantly adapted in response to our rapid growth. You will have excellent documentation skills, strong organisational and tracking abilities, and experience with policy and procedure development and drafting.
The Information and Records Manager role works closely with the CEO to control and account for all of our corporate information. In this role, you will use Castlepoint to oversee record registration, classification, sentencing, disposition, security, audit, monitoring, and reporting. You will have experience in the continuum model, and strong skills in information compliance. You will also help develop rules-as-code for Castlepoint clients based on regulations and policy.
Marketing and Comms
The Marketing Communications Specialist, a new role within the company, will be fundamental to the business development and growth objectives of Castlepoint. Delivering a consistent message, tone of voice, brand identity, and presence in the market will be key to raising the profile of the company and its leadership group. You will have experience in PR, marketing, advertising, and social media, and have a highly professional and approachable style.
Project Support Officer
The role of the Project Support Officer is to support the project team with the conduct of day-to-day activities relating to scheduling and recording of project activities. This role is a vital one for the effective operation of the project team and the wider company, as it ensures that we can continue to exceed the expectations of our stakeholders. You will have experience in a project discipline, with excellent documentation and time management skills, and attention to detail.
The Executive Assistant manages the scheduling and calendar of the CEO and CTO, and helps coordinate events, meetings, conferences, communications, PR and media, and office activities. You will be the face and voice of the company when interacting with our partners, clients, and stakeholders, and you will be highly organised, excellent at prioritising, and have strong attention to detail.
