Castlepoint Systems is a Data Processor under the GDPR legislation. The Castlepoint software processes data from our clients’ systems, on behalf of the client, without copying the data. The client remains as the Controller of the data. We comply with the requirements of the GDPR for Data Processors.

Castlepoint Systems will, from time to time, receive and store personal information you enter onto our website, provided to us directly, included in LinkedIn or Zendesk communication, or given to us in other forms.
