The Account Manager is the key point of contact for all existing Castlepoint clients. In this role, you will manage and maintain the strong relationship between Castlepoint and our customers, by providing clear and capable advice on system usage and capability, and by working with both business and IT resources to identify new opportunities to expand the use cases of Castlepoint inside their network.
